Preview: Mariners trade for talent, but not for this season

New Mariner Casper Wells is greeted at home by Mike Carp and Jack Wilson after Wells and Carp scored Wednesday against the A's at Safeco Field. Wells plays left field and is one of the players acquired in trades over the weekend.
Just who are these guys? Mariners fans might be asking that question about the players the team acquired in trades with Boston and Detroit. Those trades this weekend sent pitchers Erik Bedard, Doug Fister, David Pauley and Josh Fields packing.
