Snow cracks ceiling at PLU swimming pool building
PARKLAND, Wash. — The weight of Wednesday's snow on the roof apparently caused cracks to appear in the ceiling of the building that houses the swimming pool at Pacific Lutheran University in Parkland.
Spokesman Greg Brewis says people in the pool noticed the cracks. The building was evacuated as a precaution.
Brewis says structural engineers are taking a look and there is no imminent danger of the building collapsing
