After all the drama, Chip Kelly is leaving Oregon

The Philadelphia Eagles have hired Oregon football head coach Chip Kelly after he originally chose to stay at Oregon.

Seahawks defensive coordinator Gus Bradley will not be leaving for Philadelphia after all, and Oregon faces a future without Chip Kelly after all.

After dramatically opting to stay with the No. 2 Ducks a little more than a week ago, the enigmatic Kelly changed his mind and decided to take an NFL job as head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kelly informed Oregon of his plans on Wednesday morning, shortly before the Eagles made it official.

Huskies' bowl bid hopes are twofold

Washington football coach Steve Sarkisian could still lead his Huskies to a bowl game, despite their current losing record. He'll need to steer them to wins over California and Washington State to secure a bid to a minor bowl.

The Washington Huskies play their second-to-last football game of the season Saturday against Cal in Berkeley.  And, even though the Huskies are just 4 and 6, sports commentator Art Thiel tells KPLU’s Kirsten Kendrick the stakes are high for this game.
